LisT - Adding items to your list

To add items to your list, press the New button. To alter existing items, select the item then press the Edit button. From here you can edit the name, tick or untick the item, edit the quantity, and place the item in the correct location in each mall.

To edit the quantity, just touch the quantity shown with the stylus. A pop-up keyboard will appear to enter the quantity (see second Palm screenshot). You can then enter the tens and units of quantity with your stylus, or type the number if you have a keyboard.

To place the item in a location, just touch the appropriate mall in the list with your stylus. A pop-up selector will then appear to choose the location (see second Windows CE screen screenshot). You can then choose a location with the stylus (or by pressing the letter if you have a keyboard). Or you can press the Edit button to take you to the locations screen to change or reorder the locations. For a new item, you will probably want to do this for each mall. If reorganising locations, don't forget that you can drag and drop the location letters on the edit screen to reorder them.
